By booking an appointment, you are agreeing to cancel or reschedule your appointment 72 hours PRIOR to your scheduled appointment. Failing to cancel or reschedule your appointment 72 hours PRIOR will result in 100% payment. Card on file will be charged or you will be required to pay 100% balance before scheduling a future appointment.

Cancellation

10 minutes late may require appointment to be rescheduled or canceled and 100% payment will be charged to the card on file or you will be required to pay 100% remaining balance before scheduling a future appointment. Late arrival

A card on file is required in order to book an appointment. Card will not be charged unless the cancellation policy is broken.
